Exercise:
- 5o arm rolls
- 2 reps of 15 press-ups- each
- a walk down to see the vegetable patch
Breakfast:
-nothing
Lunch:
- 3 pork tacos w/ lettuce, cheese, hot sauce.
- Black beans
-Mexican rice
Supper:
- tortilla chips and mayonaise/chipotle sauce dip (Yummy!)
- eggnog
Snacks:
-orange pop
-cranberry-apple juice w/ green healthy powder in it.
(the green powder has spirulna, alfalfa, seaweed, and other healthy stuff in it)
