Back to Exercise!

So, I have not really been exercising much lately, but I have purposed to get at it again. Today I did 100 arm rolls. And this evening I ran sprints in our field. Two sprints to be exact. I need to work up to more. My first one was pretty long though. Mary, my sister, did some too. I only ate one meal today, but it was a really good meal of rice and gravy, and pork roast, and carrots. The pork roast was farm-raised, so it was healthier than otherwise. Lisa, if you read this, thanks for the note about exercising in your newsletter. It is inspiring! So, I would like to lose some of this tummy weight in the next few days before the New Year, but New Year's Day will probably be bad, because we might have a party with a couple of other families, and make some really yummy food!
