Exercise:
-I walked about 30 minutes or so. It was quite strenuous, with hills. Good exercise!

Breakfast:
-1 piece raisin cinnamon toast.
-fresh pineapple chunks

Lunch:
-Whole wheat spaggetti
-sauce
-salad w/avocado

Supper:
-chicken wings
-Potato chunks
-sweet potato pieces
-okra
-salad.
