I started this on Thursday, so I only exercised 2 days.
Thursday: I walked several rounds around the big circle. I prayed too, it was a really nice time.
Friday: I went on a big hike/walk. It is very strenuous, up and down some pretty big hills.
For these purposes I will call it the "Pumphouse walk" (our pumphouse is at the
bottom of the hill, hence the name). It is probably over two miles there and back.
