Exercise:
-A strenuous hilly hike/walk for about 30 minutes or so.
Breakfast:
-slice of sourdough bread toast
-fresh fruit (Pineapple, orange, and pear pieces)
Lunch:
- Egg and spinach souffle
- salad
- okra
- challah bread
- pumpkin cheesecake
Supper:
-African fish and palm nut butter gravy
-Brown rice
-salad
-cabbage/jicama/celery/apple kind of salad.
-zucchini
