"Whatsoever things you do, whether you eat, or drink, do all to the glory of God." Therefore I need to watch and try to glorify God in my eating habits. God is concerned with all areas of our lives!
Exercise:
- 100 arm rolls
-2 sets of 15 press-ups each.
-a walk down to the garden patch.

-egg taco.
Snacks:
-chips
-pepitas
-3 chocolates
-chocolate milk
-Brocolli
Supper:
-Roast goose.
-rice and gravy
-turnips
