My workouts

This week has been a good exercise week. I have done press-ups, which are like pre-men's pushups. I have done stool-ups too, which give a good work out. Also the plank, which is where you get almost in a position of a push up, but you hold yourself steady, to strenghthen your stomach muscles and core. That was Monday. Tuesday I did a couple of sprints, I ran as hard as I could as long as I could, and then walked back and did it again. That burns fat fast and is good for the metabolism. Wednesday I went over to Vange's house and lifted her 8 pound weights for 3 sets of about 20 times each. Quite a good arm work out! I will try to get pictures of these exercises soon. Good day!
